Overview

Stories on Broad ("we," "us," "our") operates the website you're on now and a companion mobile app used internally by our employees to manage sales, inventory, and reservations. This page explains what information each of those collects and how it's used.

The public website

If you contact us through our contact form, make a reservation, or create an account, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, and phone number) solely to respond to you and fulfill your request. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Stories on Broad Staff app

The Stories on Broad Staff app is an internal tool for our employees — it is not intended for customer use and isn't useful without an employee account. It collects:

• Login credentials — an employee username and password, used only to authenticate access to our internal sales, inventory, and reservation systems. This information is never shared with third parties.
• Camera access — used only when an employee chooses to photograph an inventory item or book club selection. Photos are stored in our own inventory system and are not used for any other purpose.

The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics software, and does not collect location data.
